Weather
The region has dry mild winters from May to September.
Although the days are normally mild to warm during the winter, the early mornings and evenings can be quite cold. Summers are hot to very hot with occasional thunderstorms from October to April.
Hunting Safari
We recommend comfortable hunting clothes and a jacket.
Preferably in colours that blend in well with the bush.
Be sure to bring your hunting cap or hat and well warn hunting boots. Cotton clothing works best. Because of our daily laundry service, you need to bring clothing for three days only.
Photographic safari
We recommend bringing at least 5 sets of comfortable travelling clothes. If you are travelling to Africa from mid-September to mid-April, it will be very hot and you will need short sleeve summer clothes and a jacket, for all other months have nice weather during the day, but it gets really cold at night.
