Afrika Barrel and Bow Safaris will not hunt between Friday evening & Saturday evening. This will be a quiet day of rest for you to enjoy reading or go on game walks. For this reason, it will always be an added day to your safari at NO extra charge.

Any purchased hunt will only be confirmed after receiving a 30% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.

Any advertised special, package hunt or donated Safari / hunting safari may not be combined with any other donated Safari, hunt, advertised special or package hunt  from this outfitter.

Any Hunt may be upgraded from the regular trophy / Safari price list of the current year.

Additional Observers are welcome to join at $200p.p.p.n. And hunter at $490 p.p.p.n. (As stated on our price list)

A purchased hunt advertised special or donated hunt MAY NOT be substituted for a photographic safari.

Additional Photo Safari days may be added to any hunt or Safari @ $475 per person per day sharing accommodation, in South Africa. And an additional $100 per person per night sharing accommodation for Safari outside of South Africa.

In the event that a hunter decides to not utilize the full package that he has bought he will forfeit whatever he has paid for and decides not to use.

In the event that the hunter did not get a reasonable opportunity at an animal included in the package that he bought, the hunter would be reimbursed as per the value of that animal from the current price list.

All Animals wounded and not found will be paid for in full.

All daily rates for hunts are charged per person per night accommodated.

Special dietary requirements will require a $100 extra charge per person per night (i.e.; celiac, gluten intolerance, diabetes, etc.)

Hunting Safari daily rate includes:    

·         Services of a licensed Professional Hunter;

·         All accommodations for the hunt;

·         All meals & soft drinks during the hunt;

·         All land travel for the purpose of the hunt in a 4x4 vehicle;

·         Tracker & Skinner;

·         Field preparation of trophies;

·         Daily laundry service & full kitchen staff

Hunting Safari daily rate excludes:  

·         Round-trip airfare to South Africa;

·         Pick up & return to the O.R. Tambo Int. Airport, Johannesburg or Polokwane Int. Airport.

·         Chemical preparation, dipping, shipping, packing (all work done by a taxidermist);

·         Alcoholic beverages; Air charter.

·         Trophy fees for all animals taken or wounded;
